Following a degree in French and Italian from Oxford University, Lisa qualified as a solicitor. She practiced at Frere Cholmeley Bischoff and Nabarro before moving to a senior inhouse legal position at Penguin Books Limited.
After 10 years of legal practice she became an advisor to the Director of the Ashley Family Foundation and thereafter the Marketing Director of a small management consultancy providing strategic advice and thought leadership to advisory firms.
Lisa has worked in the field since 2011, working with Ffion for a number of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies. Her background in professional services gives her a particular interest in evaluating partnership structures.

Lisa chairs Cylch, a network of Welsh professionals in London that supports Welsh cultural events and artists in the capital.
She is a Trustee of Kinoe, a charity providing education to street children in India and Nepal, and is member of the Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres’ London Associate Board.
